The seller undertakes to deliver the product within 2-4 working days after sending the order confirmation to the customer. This term does not apply to cases when www.lamarek.net does not have the necessary goods in stock, and the Customer is informed of the shortage of the ordered goods. At the same time, the Customer agrees that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, www.lamarek.net will immediately contact the Customer and agree on the delivery of goods. The product is delivered to all regions of Latvia.

When placing an order in the shopping cart, you can choose the method of receiving the goods:

Delivery via Omniva packages throughout the territory of Latvia (prepayment by bank transfer).

Delivery via DPD parcels throughout the territory of Latvia (prepayment by bank transfer).

The product can be received at Rīgas iela 26, Valmiera, LV4201 by mutual agreement in advance.

To find out the exact cost of delivery of your order, put all the products in the virtual cart and go to "Cart". Select the delivery location and the system will indicate the exact delivery cost of your order.

The Seller does everything that depends on it to meet the specified delivery terms, but despite this, delays in the delivery of the Product are possible due to reasons beyond the Seller's control.

Orders that are confirmed are placed for next business day delivery.

The customer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, but the goods have been delivered to the specified address based on the information provided by the Customer, the Customer is not entitled to make claims against www.lamarek.net due to unsatisfactory delivery of the goods.

In all cases when the courier delivers the product to the buyer, if the package of the package is wrinkled, wet or otherwise damaged from the outside, the Customer must indicate (write a comment) in the confirmation of receipt of the package or write a separate document about such defects. The customer must do this in the presence of the courier. Yes, such action has not been taken, www.lamarek.net is released from responsibility towards the Customer for the goods, if the Customer has not described these damages in the goods delivery confirmation.

In cases where the Customer, upon receiving the goods, notices that the shipment does not contain the corresponding goods or the goods are not the correct size, color or other inconsistencies, the Customer must immediately inform www.lamarek.net.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Buyer at the moment the Customer receives the Order.

In cases where the Product has not been delivered to the Customer due to its loss due to the fault of postal (courier) service employees at the time of delivery, the Seller reimburses the Customer for the paid product and delivery value only after the Seller has received a certificate of loss or compensation from the postal service.

The Order is delivered to the Customer or the person indicated in the Order as the recipient of this Order.
